We’ve been busy. You know this. This weekend we will be extra super busy in the best way possible.

(You may think that pinball is the best way to be busy but I’m not here for your anti-Bally-table rhetoric)

CBW Pinball Weekend

We have a thing for beer. We have a thing for pinball. We have a thing for being charitable.

During retail all this weekend, we are going to have pinball machines (Terminator 2, The Sopranos, Eightball Deluxe, and another TBD) in house for everyone to enjoy courtesy of Pocketeer Billiards and Sports Bar! Half of all of your coins pumped into those games are going to go to the benefit of Pinball EDU Charity, 501c3. Additionally, $1 of each pint you purchase over the course of weekend will also go towards the charity (so drink up).

But wait! There’s more specific fun to be had every single day:

Thursday

On Thursday, we are releasing Rage Tilt APA, an easy drinking 5.5% ABV american pale ale made with Amarillo, Galaxy, and Azacca hops with lots of tropical fruits and citrus meant for knockin’ the chrome balls around. Plus, the bros from Buffalo Pinball are going to be in house to livestream Bro, Do You Even Pinball?; a tutorial on how to play Terminator 2 which will be broadcast live at 8pm EST and thus, we are going to extend retail hours until 9pm that night!

Friday

On Friday, we are releasing East Meets West: A Cross State Love Story, a 4.7% ABV American Pale Ale brewed with pale and pilsner malts for a soft, smooth mouthfeel, a light bitterness, and a sticky American hop aroma and flavor that our very own Ryan Demler and Kevin Mullen of Rare Form Brewing Company collaborated to make!

Saturday

On Saturday, we are holding our very first CBW Charity Pinball Tournament. A $1 donation to Pinball EDU Charity, 501c3) gets you one registration (you can try more than once) into the tournament and a raffle ticket. If you get hungry, Frank Gourmet Dogs will be just out front.

We will be giving prizes away over the course of the day from CBW, Stern Pinball, Jersey Jack Pinball, The Pinball Arcade, Nickel City Con, Double Danger Pinball Accessories, and Tiltcycle. On top of that, we have some larger prizes (like some Sabres Tickets, Nickel City Con Weekend Tickets, a GhostBusters Translite, even the chance to win a pinball machine) that will be announced at 8pm on Thursday, 03/16 LIVE on Bro, Do You Even Pinball (see link above).

There will also be prizes for best AND worst ranking players in the day. But in order to win anything, YOU HAVE TO COME TO THE BREWERY!

Sunday

Finally, on Sunday, we have an Employee Test Batch Release from our Sales Manager / Local Beer Celebrity, Brendon Van Allen: Üm Chugga Willy from the Coconut Grove, an 8.2% ABV Robust Porter with 10lbs of fresh roasted coconut courtesy of Essex St. Pub.

We know, that’s a lot to take in all at one time. Breathe, relax, let everything process for a little while, and we will see you every single day from Thursday to Sunday.
