This straw-gold pale ale showcases a clean malt bill, mild bitterness, and is double dry-hopped with Azacca and Amarillo for a bright, citrusy aroma. Pepper, our cellarman brewed this as perfect banjo pick’n, straw chewin’, beer drinkin’ beer.

COMMUNITY PIG ROAST!

It’s a traditional pig roast right at our brewery! On Saturday, September 5th we’ll be serving up heaps of fresh pork straight from Always Something Farm and roasted outside of our brewery early Saturday morning. Each pig roast dinner will be served with a side of potato salad and house-made jalapeño corn bread. Enjoy a meal on our beer patio or pick it up to-go!

CAROLINA BBQ PORK SANDWICH – $11
Beer Braised Pork with coleslaw topped with tangy Carolina BBQ sauce.

BEET BALLS – $9
Parmesan crusted beet balls, served on a bed of spinach and red onion, topped with roasted tomato aioli.
