We’re honored to announce that our Good Neighbor for October is our Head Brewer, Robert Turley! Robert joined CBW in early 2013 because 1. He wanted to become a professional brewer, and 2. He really admired the ethos of CBW.
If you’re wondering what Robert did before brewing? He was a Circus Performer! He was the guy “eating” and “breathing” fire. Robert says he’s too busy brewing the best beer in WNY to return to his circus life, but maybe one day he’ll put on a demonstration in the taproom.
Robert has been an important asset to our team – from making the best brews to educating about beer, we’re thankful to have Robert with us on this crazy journey. If you see Robert in the brewery, say hello, and don’t be afraid to ask any questions – he is, without a doubt, a walking beer encyclopedia (and has a warm smile!) Thank you for all that you do, Robert!
