Our Good Neighbor of the Month program aims to recognize and celebrate the hard work, dedication, and outstanding performance of our employees. At Community Beer Works, we believe that our team members are the heart and soul of our brewery, and we are committed to creating a positive and rewarding work environment where everyone can thrive. The Good Neighbor of the Month program is a way for us to acknowledge and appreciate the exceptional contributions of our employees, who go above and beyond to ensure that our customers have a memorable experience every time they visit our brewery. We look forward to recognizing and honoring our outstanding employees, who make Community Beer Works a great place to work and visit.

We’re excited to announce that our Good Neighbor for August is our Warehouse Packager and Bartender, Bill Davin! When he first moved to Buffalo, Bill visited CBW on Lafayette and knew he had to be a part of the team. In May of 2021, Bill became a part of the CBW crew as our Retail Manager before moving to Warehouse Packaging and Bartending. He has been not only an important asset for our production and distribution to our community, but a kind and attentive figure behind the bar to our customers. When he isn’t being a rockstar at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife (which he proposed to at CBW!) and his dog, Maeve, playing video games, attending concerts, and riding with the Bills Mafia (He’s a season ticket holder – Go Bills!). 

We are truly lucky to have Bill on our team.
