Started by local dairy farmers, Butter Meat Co. produces environmentally friendly, organic beef from cows who have lived their lives to the absolute fullest. Butter Meat Co. is featured in our smash burgers and every dish that contains beef!
“Naturally leavened, long fermented” bread from dopest dough is more of an experience than a meal. Our bread bowls are prepared using classic white sourdough from dopest dough; making the perfect serving vessel for a variety of dips made in-house from scratch!
A whole animal butcher shop that draws inspiration from traditional European butcheries. Sourcing local meat, they strive to minimize waste, work exclusively by hand, and offer a variety of options. Fresh cut bacon from Moriarty Meats is the perfect complement to the beef used in our smash burgers!
