Record Store Day After Party | Drop 2
July 17, 2021 @ 8:00 pm - July 18, 2021 @ 12:00 am

RECORD STORE DAY 2021 | Drop 2
The first Record Store Day took place on April 19, 2008 as a way to celebrate the unique culture surrounding nearly 1,400 independently owned record stores in the U.S., and thousands of stores internationally. Today there are stores participating in Record Store Day on every continent except Antarctica.
Saturday, July 17 is the second drop for Record Store Day in 2021, and we want to celebrate another day of supporting local business—and growing your vinyl collection!
A CELEBRATION OF MUSIC, BEER & COMMUNITY
Music is important to us at Community Beer Works. We’re a collective of fans of a wide assortment of genres, many of us are avid record collectors, and a few of us are even musicians! To us, music goes hand-in-hand with beer and community!
TWO, NO THREE TURNTABLES AND A MICROPHONE
We’ve asked three local DJs to load up their record crates and turntables to spin a multi-genre vinyl set in the taproom.
Join DJ The Brian, Jolly Wailer, and DJ Dante Velour as they spin fresh cuts from 8PM to close!
FROM INDEPENDENT MUSIC SHOPS TO INDEPENDENT BEER
Record Store Day is a time to celebrate the unique culture surrounding record stores and the special roles that independently-owned shops play in their communities. It brings together the people who make up the world of vinyl culture—the staff, the customers, and the artists.
