Community Table Five Course Beer Pairing Dinner

At Community Beer Works we believe in putting community in everything we do. From producing internationally award-winning beer to creating fantastic meals in our kitchen made from the finest local ingredients, collaboration is the cornerstone of our processes, our preparation, and our experiences.

We’re inviting you to join us for a special evening at our Brewery & Taproom where that very community spirit will be on full display.

GREAT BEER & GREAT FOOD

You’ll enjoy a five course meal expertly prepared by our kitchen team led by Head Chef Skylar Pratt. Each course will be paired with a carefully selected beer produced on-site by Head Brewer Ryan Demler and his amazing brew team.

Throughout the evening you’ll learn about the different community partners we work with in creating delicious and wholesome meals that are always fresh, and always local. Farmers, bakers, merchants and even other breweries are included in our community experience.

You’ll learn about each partner and how we work with their ingredients to craft delicious meals—and exceptional beer!

You’ll learn about each beer and why they were selected to complement their respective dish. All while enjoying a seat at our community table with friends and neighbors.

And you won’t be leaving empty handed! Your ticket includes beer to take home so you can use what you learn in creating your own unique beer pairing experience!

FIRST COURSE GRAZE & GREET

Charcuterie board featuring Babs Sausage, Eden Valley cheese, a variety of dopest dough breads plus pretzels paired with pork butter, local maple mascarpone, and The Whale beer mustard. BEER – Small Batch Edition 03: Table Pils | 3.2%

SECOND COURSE DEVILED DUCK EGG

Crown Hill Farm duck egg paired with Tiny House Farms Microgreens. BEER – Small Batch Edition 01: Cold IPA | 5.9%

THIRD COURSE SPRING GREENS BISQUE

Featuring an array of seasonally available produce from surrounding farms. BEER – 10th Anniversary | Double IPA | 8.2%

FOURTH COURSE ALWAYS SOMETHING PORCHETTA

Belly-on, pistachio-crusted porchetta, flat 12 mushroom duxelles, beer-braised collards, roasted Rosemary, and duck fat potatoes. BEER – Stache Strong | Session Stout | 3.9%

FIFTH COURSE SPONGE CANDY CHEESECAKE
Inspired by Buffalo and our new Sponge Candy Whale: Brown Ale. BEER – Sponge Candy Whale | Brown Ale | 5.9%
