Kettle soured with lactobacillus and fermented with house ale yeast, our new Berliner Weisse is an easy-drinking light-bodied sour ale in traditional German fashion—times two!

First, it’s Lemon Pepper Berliner Weisse (4.2% ABV). Refreshingly tart, Lemon Pepper Berliner Weisse has a lemony-citric profile that just hints at white peppercorn spice.

Next is Strawberry Basil Berliner Weisse (4.73% ABV). Pouring golden-straw with a pink hue, Strawberry Basil Berliner Weisse has a well-balanced strawberry quality that’s complimented by subtle notes of earthly basil.
