Yeah, we did it. We brewed a beer with an ice cream cake.

Our friends at Indian Ladder Farms Cidery and Brewery (ILFCB) traveled to Buffalo to help us brew a pale ale with Hüll Melon, Brewer’s Gold, and ILFCB’s proprietary Helderberg hops. New York Grown and malted 2Row pale malt, New York grown naked oats, lactose, and yellow cake mix—yes really—provide a subtle sweetness to balance out this creamy pale ale. Oh, and yes we actually added a whole ice cream cake.
