Community Beer Works General Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO ENTER.
1. Eligibility
All social/digital media, radio, television, taproom and off-site contests are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Employees (and their immediate families) of Community Beer Works (“Sponsor”), and any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, independent contractors, agencies, alcoholic beverage wholesalers and retailers, and any persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to participate in the contests. Contests are subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
The sponsor of each contest is Community Beer Works (“CBW”, “sponsor”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) unless otherwise stated per individual contest guidelines.
3. Contest Period
Contest start and end dates will be clearly defined at the beginning of each contest.
4. Ways to Win
Each contest will clearly define the rules for entry, including each way(s) to win.
5. Notification of Winner
Each prize winner(s) will be notified in person, direct message, or by email upon completion of the contest and verification of compliance with all contest rules.
6. Prizes Non-Transferrable, no cash value.
Prizes are personal to the winner and are non-transferrable. None of the privileges associated with the prize may be sold, assigned, conveyed, traded, loaned, or transferred under any circumstances or for any reason. Prize winners will be the only person entitled to use the prize (unless otherwise stated by individual contest rules). Violation of this rule may result in loss of the prize. Prizes limited to availability of current supply and may change without notice.
7. Publicity
By participating in the contest or accepting or using prizes, the participants agree and consent to the use of their content, names, voices, statements, photographs and likenesses.
8. Rights Reserved by Sponsor
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or terminate any contest at any time without liability. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the contest if, in sponsor’s sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other participants, or sponsor. Sponsor may substitute any prize with another prize as determined in the sponsor’s sole discretion.
