We have always done our best to stand with our neighbors in times of strife, unrest, tragedy, and uncertainty. It’s who we are. But, it simply hasn’t been enough.
As a company, and as people, we have a lot to learn about being better allies to Black and Brown communities. It starts with being actively anti-racist. And it requires us to act—not just offer support.
We need to create meaningful, substantive, and sustainable change in our business, in our industry, in our city, and in our lives.
We’re listening and asking questions—we hope you’ll do the same, however you can.
Lead with love.
