For this Community Table, we partnered with Ryan Fernandez of Southern Junction for a Texish Sadya (pronounced Sudh-ya) inspired menu.
Onam Sadya is Kerala’s harvest festival—like Thanksgiving and New Year’s rolled into a ten-day extravaganza of flowers, art, sport, and food. The most loved element of Onam Sadya is the “sadya”, which translates to “banquet”. Traditionally a multi-course vegetarian meal served on a banana leaf, we are serving ours with a BBQ spin.
You’ll learn about each beer and why they were selected to complement their respective dish. All while enjoying a seat at our community table with friends and neighbors.
And you won’t be leaving empty handed! Your ticket includes beer to take home so you can use what you learn in creating your own unique beer pairing experience!

White chocolate Amaretto rice pudding with candied Always Something Farm bacon bits.
Paired with: Nostalgia Card | Imperial Stout with Caramel & Vanilla | 8.0%
Vegetables & Sides: Kachumber (Summer salad), Erissery (Kerala style vegetable mash),
Eggplant Masala, and Aviyal (Flat 12 Mushroom stew)
Condiments: Curried yogurt, carrot pickle, and beet chips.
