We’ve said before that we’d never make a green beer for St. Paddy’s day, because that’s dumb.

Woodruff is a herbaceous perennial best known in beer-making for the subtle sweetness it adds. Also, it makes the beer look sort of green.

It’s not green beer, it’s Pun Intended with woodruff added.
