For the fifth year in a row, Hydraulic Hearth, Community Beer Works, and Sean T. Heidinger will play host to Buffalo’s premier Festivus celebration. Over the years Festivus in Larkinville has grown to become one of the funnest events of the holiday season. The event will also serve as the release party for 2 new Seinfeld themed beers from Community Beer Works.

The celebration will highlight many Festivus miracles, including the Airing of the Grievances – where guests will be able to jot down their grievances which will be read aloud throughout the night by DJ Puffy Shirt – returning DJ Sike. The Festivus Feats of Strength this year will be a stein holding competition. New this year is a Best Dressed category all guests are encouraged to dress up as their favorite characters, from the obscure to the main cast, plenty to choose from! And as always, the grand finale of a show-stopping Elaine dance-off.

The doors open at 8:00pm, and from 9-12 enjoy the tunes of DJ Sike, interrupted only by the airing of the grievances, the Elaine dance-off, feats of strength, and the Best Dressed Award. Hydraulic Hearth’s kitchen will be open until 10pm offering brick oven pizzas and shared plates, with the bar open until midnight serving craft cocktails and beers including house-brewed CBW selections. And of course, the Festivus pole will be on display, unadorned.
