Hefeweizen

Banana Split Milkshake starts as a traditional Hefeweizen brewed with 50% pilsner malt and 50% wheat, fermented with a Bavarian Hefe yeast at high temperature to enhance the banana and clove flavor. We then conditioned this tasty treat on 40lbs of strawberries, organic vanilla beans AND added lactose and chocolate to top off the milkshake experience! FULL EFFECT MILKSHAKE!!!
