Whether staged in our Taproom or held in your backyard, Community Beer Works’ custom catering provides guests with quality, award-winning beer and best-in-class comfort food made of wholesome ingredients. Let us help you throw your most delicious party ever!

THE BASICS

  1. Decide to throw a party, meeting, or get-together in our Taproom or at an offsite location.
  2. Pick a date! Or two! Who doesn’t love a backup?
  3. Round up all of your people for a headcount and decide how hungry you’ll all be.
  4. Peruse CBW’s menu of offerings! We have options for in the Taproom, special pick-up and drop-off gameday packages, as well as catering options for beer-soaked lunches and fancy pants shindigs.
  5. Reach out to our catering team so we can build out the best package for you!

IN THE TAPROOM 

CBW’s Brewery & Taproom at 520 7th Street on Buffalo’s West Side includes two patios and plenty of indoor seating. Our affordable rental options are perfect for private events of 12 to 50 people—or more! See our Rent the Taproom section for details. 

AT A LOCATION OF YOUR CHOICE 

We deliver the goods! You invite all your friends, and we do all the work. CBW’s drop-off catering provides everything you need to host a serious bash. We have you covered with fantastic food and drink, plus all the plates and utensils, serving spoons and tongs you’ll need.

THE FINE PRINT

  • A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation for taproom or drop-off catering. 
  • Reservations for taproom parties and drop-off catering must be made at least one week in advance. 
  • Taproom and offsite parties are subject to 20% gratuity + taxes.
  • Taproom parties will incur an additional cleaning fee of $4 per person. 
  • Drop-off catering includes delivery within a 20-mile radius of the taproom. 
  • Outside of 20 miles, the fee is as follows: 21 to 30 miles require a $25 fuel surcharge, and 31 to 40 miles require a $50 fuel surcharge.
  • Disposables fee: $4/pp.
  • Rental china, tables and chairs available, if needed.
  • Your place set up: $3/pp.
  • Offsite chef: $40/hr per chef.
  • Offsite bartender: $30/hr per bartender.
  • Offsite server: $25/hr per server.
